Platform Operator Disclosure: Vences House Painters (JVB Construction LLC) uses QuickLaunchWeb as its platform operator for all SMS/text messaging. QuickLaunchWeb is the sole sender of all SMS messages. Phone numbers used for messaging are owned, registered, and operated by QuickLaunchWeb. Vences House Painters does not independently send text messages. QuickLaunchWeb sends all messages on its behalf.

Message Types: All SMS messages sent through our website are service-related, non-marketing messages only. Messages include estimate request confirmations, appointment scheduling and reminders, project updates, missed call text-backs, after-hours auto-replies, and one-time review requests after a completed service. We do not send promotional or marketing text messages.

How You Opt In: The only way to opt in is through the estimate request form on this website. The form includes an optional phone number field and an SMS consent checkbox that is not pre-checked. You must actively check the box to opt in. The checkbox reads:

Consent is voluntary and is not required to submit the form, to make a purchase, or to receive service. We capture and store proof of opt-in, including the timestamp, the source page URL, your phone number, the checkbox state, and the exact consent text shown.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your project, approximately 2-6 messages per month.

Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. We are not responsible for carrier charges. Major US carriers are supported, including AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We store basic visit information in your browser (such as the page you first arrived on and any campaign link you used) so we can understand how people find us. We also use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Meta Conversions API to measure how our Facebook and Instagram ads perform. When you visit or request an estimate, Meta may receive technical information about your visit and a hashed (scrambled) copy of your email and phone number so it can match the visit to an ad. You can clear cookies through your browser settings and manage ad preferences in your Facebook account.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us operate, such as our customer management and messaging platform, email delivery provider, and website host, and only as needed to provide our services, or when required by law. Mobile opt-in and SMS consent data is never shared with third parties for marketing.

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, though no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
